Price We bought the house in October 2017 for €35,500 (it was a distressed sale and as we were cash buyers, we negotiated a substantial discount).  Since then, we have spent more than €20,000 on labour and €10,000 on materials (rooflights, stoves, bathroom fittings, insulation, plaster- boarding and other building materials).  We do not expect to receive €65,000;   instead we encourage any interested party to make a reasonable offer to us (see Contact Information to the right).  We, the owners are selling directly, therefore there are no agents fees, which are sometimes shamefully in excess of 10%. Viewing We have a local key-holder who will be available to show you around the property at a mutually convenient time.  In the first instance, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.   We can also answer any questions you may have which are not covered on this site.
